In House (U6 / U8)
FASA offers a youth program for players interested in playing soccer. The program teaches the basics of soccer with an emphasis on developing a love for the game by having fun.
The program consists of one evening practice each week and six - eight games on Saturday morning. Both practices and games are held at Freeport Community Park.

This age group is for players born between August 1, 2018 - July 31, 2022.
Recreational Travel (U10 and older)
Beginning with U10 players begin to play on a "full size" field against other teams in the area (i.e Highlands, Fox Chapel, Hampton, etc.) with certified referees officiating the games. While scores are kept, the focus is on developing the players and have them develop a love for the game. That doesn't mean the games aren't competitive. As players get older teams begin playing one another season after season, each year hoping to take home a win for their team.
Teams practice typically two nights a week. Games are held primarily on Sunday after noon, with the exception of the U10 age group which plays on Saturday, typically in the morning. This does change from season to season to accommodate the league, various schedules and will need adjusted due to weather from time to time.
